El Cielo Antigua
A washed Antigua with dark chocolate, orange, and the classic volcanic-soil spice of Guatemala’s best-known growing region.
Finca El Cielo sits on the slopes between the Agua and Fuego volcanoes in the Antigua Valley, where mineral-rich volcanic ash soils and a long, even dry season have made the region Guatemala’s benchmark origin for over a century.
Fully washed and patio-dried, the cup shows dark chocolate and orange over the smoky, spiced backbone that gives Antigua coffee its reputation as a reliable, food-friendly cup.
Producer
A mid-sized family estate that has grown coffee on the same volcanic slope since the early 1900s, now run by the fourth generation alongside a handful of neighboring smallholder contracts.
Terroir
Volcanic ash soils between Agua and Fuego, plus a distinct dry season from November to April, are the backbone of Antigua's reputation.
